Apple has announced they are re-registering their ”products with a voluntary registry of green electronics, reversing course after a flood of criticism.”  By re-registering, Apple is ”potentially putting an end to the controversy that led at least one city government to tell its employees no longer to purchase the Cupertino, Calif., company’s products as a result.”
