Walt Disney acquires George Lucas’s Lucasfilm for $4.05 billion.  George Lucas, who is the sole owner of Lucasfilm, will get half in cash and half in stock.  Lucasfilm includes franchises such as “Star Wars” and “Indiana Jones.”
